Back when the males loved Pink, and today
There is no other appropriate slogan for the fashion fever that hit the pink crowd of men in the years of the baby boom on this side: tough guys wear pink. Nobody has ever tried to look back in time and saw their grandfathers in pink. But in fact, Rose had taken the height of his popularity as baby boomers began to wear men's pink.
Color correspondents, particularly between the sexes, had begun in the 1920s and more significantly, it was decided that pink was the color of masculinity and femininity blue in the 1940s. The social psychology which was appropriate for women pink and blue for men age latter has been a radical change history. n spite of some claims fashion, we should never see men wear pink as a fashion faux pas. After all, the color has a calming effect that everyone is struggling to resist. And more color is his skin color, the more appropriate it is to wear pink. In modern times, men who understood the component flattering pink rose in number. Mix and match is particularly easy and fun because pink can easily blend with Any Color as gray, black, blue, and beige.
There is still a segment of the male population that feels as if wearing pink is somehow socially unacceptable or worn only by the underground man seeking sexual type to make a statement. But the other divide, which is gaining ground in numbers, have long since stopped questioning and fun to wear their pink sweater and shirts, and pants, pink golf. The question is not so rosy for men or women. Pink is definitely a color for all ages and sexes.
On a side note not wear the color pink, I was recently in a local hardware store sales for the mural. And what do you Manager recommended that the most neutral color that works with everything is for a house of male or female? Why Benjamin Moore "French Manicure" a pale pink. He said he works and flatters any decor. He is the new white. Who knew?
