Perhaps to Dream: Your Magical World of Dreams

Dreams - they intrigue us. They mystify us. They enchant us. Sometimes they make us afraid. What we with this other dimension of our lives? Do we simply ignore our dream life - or can we use dreams somehow in our lives?

We dream all. Although some of us may think we do not sleep research has shown that, in reality, we are all really dreaming. The problem is that some of us can not remember our dreams. We remember dreams when we move to a lighter level of consciousness (measured by brain waves) when we dream. In other words, if we hear a noise, for example, or if we change our posture, we go the deepest level of sleep dream stage to a lighter level of consciousness, or even wake up completely. Only when this happens we remember what we had dreamed.

Dreams are fascinating - at least they have always been for me. In fact, I work with my own dreams and interpretation of others for many years and I am a firm believer that dreams give us ample material to work in our lives, if we 're so inclined - and that we can, indeed, to demystify and understand our dreams.

In this sense, look at the actual phenomenon of dreams. One interesting thing I learned from my work with dreams is that we lump into the broad category of "dreams" can indeed be different types of phenomena. So the first step in understanding and working with our dreams is what "type" of dreams we've had.

Now this may be a surprising revelation. Dreams are dreams, no? Well, think a moment: Have you ever had a dream that felt different from other dreams? For example, have you ever had a dream that felt so real that you felt you were really somewhere else?

Well, you've been.

Strange as it may seem, there are many theories (including quantum physics Modern - I certainly do not profess to understand) that the alternative realities and other dimensions exist - and our experiences at night can be actually visiting these other realms. As strange or "weird" (no pun intended) that it may seem, if you believe that our consciousness is not ultimately restricted or limited by our body, this idea can give a perfect sense - because when we sleep our body and calm mind and consciousness are less bombarded by the loud reactions of our bodily functions, thus being more free to "leave the body" and homelessness.

So often, when we sleep our consciousness is out to explore and live, and some of these experiences can be translated in the form of dreams - dreams experience - while others can be forgotten or fall into oblivion, at least our awareness or semi-conscious.

To complicate matters further, the illusory veil of time can be lifted, and we can explore other times as well - including past lives.

So next time you wake up and feel like you've been anywhere else, remember this: maybe you've been.

(Phew! Still with me? "I told you dreams were fascinating ....)

As exotic as this type of "dream" experience may be other types of dreams may seem trivial in comparison.

Some dreams really represent a sort of experiences of the day or work the problems that our brains to sift and correlate information and experiences. These dreams are usually mild, everyday. Included in this type Experience dream, however, are very creative dreams in which we really solve the problems we work and receive responses that we have been looking for. A classic and often cited example of this type of dream of creative problem solving is the model of the benzene molecule, whose structure has been received by Kekule, professor of chemistry, in a dream after he had been surprising about this question, the dream of a snake biting its tail and turning in a circle.

An interesting type of dream is that in which we communicate with others at a certain level. If you wake up and feel that you were talking or communicating with your lost love long, you can, in fact, have actually been doing just that. In these dreams of communication - or the communication experiences - the person being engaged in the dialogue may be alive or dead "." Some papers may take the form of advice, and may be coming to our spiritual guides (or angels, angelic presences, or whatever terminology you want to use).

Some dreams are "psychic" dreams, in which we receive information that we have no other practical way to know. These include premonitory dreams that can give us information about the future, and perceptive (French for clairvoyance) dreams can give us glimpses of things that happen in the "real world" while we dream.

Some dreams are mainly expressing fears and desires we have, especially those who may be located below our consciousness. These dreams serve to make us aware of these fears and desires so that we can work on them, and these dreams can also represent our work on these issues at an unconscious level.

One of the richest types of dreams is one in which we are working on issues personal growth and spiritual. In these dreams we receive (or production, whatever your point of view) information on these issues. These dreams can be Content busiest and most rewarding for us to work with, as they point out things for us to look or work, or connections between and among factors in our lives that we did not realize were there. These dreams may also be the most hidden by symbols.

Many Dreams are scenarios for a time that we have time, but we also have recurring dreams, dreams that repeat the same theme time and again, a sort of leitmotif nocturnal reverie. These dreams are usually, though not always, more important than mere dreams and may represent of general questions that we are working on (if we consciously realize that we are working on them or not). Over time, as we are making progress on issues of underlying growth, we tend to see these dreams change and evolve.

If there is a real variety of different types of experiments dream - a multitude of dreams. And to make the experience even richer, every dream can be a combination of different types of dreams. For example, we can have a dream in which we address ourselves to someone we know, which takes place in another country and time period. This dream can be both an experiment in which we are actually exploring a past life and dream of a communication in which we 're actually exploring a past life connection with someone we know in real time and are in communication with him or her on a certain level in period of time. And this dream could also have a psychic element as well, if something is revealed about the future.

This is one of the fascinating aspects of the dream. (Can you say how excited I am about dreams?) Dreams are really a phenomenon very rich and complex - or set of phenomena.

Now the next question is, do we want to do something with our dreams? I firmly convinced that research in our dreams and try to work with them in some way can be very rewarding for us. They can give us information on our lives, and they can certainly give us a glimpse of us as we go about our roads and evolve. For those of us who are in a sense and want to understand things in our lives, dreams provide a rich vein of material to mine.

I must say at this point that my referral dreams begins with a spiritual care, and that we are here to learn and grow. (And would not life be boring if we were not?) So, my work with dreams is very influenced by this assumption. And, as we learn and grow - and grow - in our lives, dreams can be a powerful tool. Without this assumption and guidance, we can treat the dream as nothing more than an oddity, undertaking night in the irrational, and a curiosity devoid of any usage or practice.

And, interestingly, in my work with dreams, I can not remember ever working with a dream that has no real meaning.

So if you want to dive into the magical world of dreams and see what you can win, I'll give you a guided tour of how you approach Your Dream. (Why not? You come with me until then!)

First, I recommend that working with dreams that feel important to you, if you understand or not. We often remember a dream heavily upon awakening, sometimes to the extent that it will stay with us all day, sounding like it is mentioned from time to time by different things. These are the dreams that I would work with.

Some dream Force recommends keeping a journal by the bed and you wake up the programming of all dreams and save. My approach is less active. I operate under the assumption that we will remember the dreams generally high and that if we take a proactive approach too, we may disturb our sleep too. Being rested is too important in our stressful world of deliberately disturb sleep!

Once we have a dream that we consider important, the first step, as indicated above, is what type (or types) dream it was.

After we know what type (s) of your dreams, it was, we then want to try to understand it. This As we enter the field of interpretation of dreams, because dreams are so often veiled in symbolic form. And it is also where things can get sticky, because the dream is just a good interpretation of art and requires skill.

It also requires intuition. So take your dream dictionaries say that a certain symbol has a meaning of some! A dream is not a story generalized to the general population with a general sense, is a specific message for the dreamer alone and, as such, it is expressed in the vocabulary dreamer's own. The dreamer alone has the keys to understand - or a good dream interpreter who uses intuition to decode the meanings specific to the dreamer.

And it's another fascinating aspect of dreams all dreams, you can have several different meanings - and all directions equally valid for the dreamer.

So sharpen those pencils intuitive and we'll start the fight against these dreams!

After determined what type (s) you are working with dreams, you'll want to follow these steps:

1. Ask yourself (or the dreamer) how you (or he / she) said on dreams, both waking and in retrospect. It was a pleasure, fear, anxiety, optimism, relief, etc.? Our feelings about our dreams are the key to their meaning.

2. Let yourself go into a very relaxed state of consciousness and free your mind that you visit the dreams unfolding sequentially in your mind (or the dreamer relates the dream of you, if this is not your dream). That things happen in your mind that you review or listen to the dream? What is discussed? What percolates from your unconscious?

3. Instead of focusing on how "weird" dream seems, it approaches very rich, compelling, and yes, the event respectable. If we're just focusing on the bizarre quality of dreams, it serves to detract from their validity and credibility to understand the richness they can offer.

4. Then, work with each symbol in the dream of their own. Focus on a symbol, while asking yourself (or the dreamer), "What does this mean to me (or you)?" For example, we might feel that the pieces in a dream signifies wealth. However, if the dreamer's husband was a collector of coins, the symbol may also be saying something about the dreamer's husband or their relationship. A I once had someone tell me a dream she had, very angry because there was a cat in a dream and someone told him that a cat in a dream is death (!). When I asked the woman how she felt about cats, she replied: "Oh, I like cats! "Well, obviously for her cat in his dream does not necessarily mean death! Remember, too, that any symbol can be have more than one valid meaning.

5. Ask yourself what is the general theme of the dream. What area (s) of your (or the dreamer) life, is related work - relationships, children, etc.?

6. Go over each "story" segment of the dream and work to understand as a separate unit shortly.

7. Put all the pieces, or segments, of dreams and their meanings together. What picture emerges? How each segment refer to other segments?

8. Pay attention to any words or phrases that are prominent in the dream. Puns and wordplay are common in dreams and often significant.

9. Look for items that may have special meaning to you (or the dreamer). What that these elements mean? (For example, a numerologist can have numbers pop up in dreams and these figures may have numerological significance which contributes to the meaning of the dream (s), or a florist may have flowers or plants that may have clear meaning.)

10. Look at the other persons that appear in the dream. How can you (or the dreamer) feel about each person? additional meaning can be acquired also looking at every person that you (or the dreamer). Is there room for parts of yourself (or the dreamer) who are embraced, denied, or removed?

11. Remember, again, that every dream can have several different meanings. What different meanings do not dream not? What images appear? What is the dream you say?

By working with our dreams and their practical interpretation can be time consuming and patience. However, we gain greater competence and confidence over time.

It can certainly be helpful to keep a dream diary of dreams Important you had with the plan to review it periodically. Often when we go back and read more dreams we have had one year or sooner, we can better understand more. We often have to understand our dreams, and achieve even more issues that were raised. Returning more old dreams can also give us perspective on the changes we have subsequently made in our lives, how we have evolved and grown.

Dreams are wonderful and abundant material and, interestingly, we all have our own individual dream signatures, types of dreams single us. Some people have very simple dreams short, while others have long epic, complicated and intertwined with work. As much I appreciate the interpretation of dreams for others, I get almost as much fun seeing dreamers AHAS "embodiment, when they suddenly see their dream a meaning for them.

Dreams can give us answers that we have been looking for. The dreams have the same saved the lives of people when they were highly symbolic dreams which proved to be the state of health topic they had ignored, like cancer!

Allowing you to explore your dreams and understand them can open whole new perspectives and dimensions for you - and certainly enrich your life. You can understand yourself more and feel more in control of your life. You can demystify these puzzles night - and maybe even save your life! You can even have fun! So let yourself go for a walk "Magical Mystery" exploration of dreams!

Sweet dreams!
